Returns:

  1. You may request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Returning the product requires it to be unused and kept in its initial sealed condition.
  3. In case you want to make a return please provide us with your order information and reason behind making this decision by contacting our customer service department.
  4. Approval of your return application results in our sending instructions for completing the return shipment.

Refunds:

  1. We will notify you of your refund’s condition after getting and analyzing the returned product.
  2. If the product meets the return requirements mentioned above, you will then receive a full refund
  3. The original payment method chosen for the transaction will be refunded.
  4. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

We do not currently offer a direct exchange option. However, if you want to exchange your item with another product then kindly begin the return process as mentioned before and proceed by placing an order for another product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  1. Upon receiving a product that is damaged or defective, kindly contact our customer support staff as soon as possible providing us with your order details and a description of the issue.
  2. Our team will work together with you towards finding a solution which could involve issuing you with a refund or replacing the item.

Return Shipping:

  1. Whenever there is an issue on our part or an item that is defective/damaged: we will give you a prepaid shipping label for returning it.
  2. Assuming we are not responsible for any mistake made with your order; sending it back would require you to cover the cost.
